[Case 4] License Server / No Internet Connection


You have selected the right case if...  

   - You do not have PTV software (i.e. PTV Vissim, PTV Visum, PTV Vistro) installed on this computer.

   - You are only using this computer as a "License Server".

   - Your license server does NOT have connection to the Internet.

      * Note : A part of this process may will restart your server machine without asking. Please plan this process accordingly

<Step 1> Install the latest "License Manager" application

     Visit PTV License Manager Installation Instruction Page.

    * Note : This process may will restart your server without asking. Please plan accordingly.

<Step 2> Generate Context file and Email it to Us

   Generate Context file (*.WibuRaC) and email it to our technical support team.

<Step 3> Import Update file

   Once you receive an update file (*.WibuRaU), apply update by following instruction below.

<Step 4> Generate Context file to Complete

   Once your update is complete, you will need to generate context file (*.WibuRaC) once again and email it back to our support team.
