Mobile Working License Update

This guide outlines the process for updating a Mobile Working License (MWL).

 

License Update

1. Using Google Chrome or Firefox, open the activation webpage:
http://activate.trafficsoftware.ptvgroup.com/

2. Enter the ticket code provided by PTV and press the Next button.

3. Press the Auto Update button.

Note, if this is 0, the activation has already been applied and updated — please contact support.us@ptvgroup.com for further assistance.

4. Press the Transfer License Updates Now button.

5. The license information will then be transferred to the computer.

6. Once the update is complete, a prompt will appear stating “License transfer completed successfully!” Press OK and close the browser window.

7. Launch the corresponding PTV software application to utilize the updated license.
